Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please note there is a non-negotiable 24- hour notice cancellation policy.
As there is a wait-list for appointments, notice to cancel appointment with in 24 hours will result in the full fee of your booked appointment.
If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please give notice prior to the end of the business day on the Friday beforehand. The cancellation or missed appointment fee will be due prior to rescheduling your next appointment.
I am always available during your normal scheduled time for a telephone session, if you are unable to make it into the office. Please let me know by 8:00am the day of if we are switching to a telephone session. There will be no fee incurred for this aside from the regular cost of the session.
