About Ashton
Hey! I'm Ashton.
I love the outdoors and living on the coast. I was born and raised in South Carolina, so this is what I call "home." In my spare time you can find me at the beach, on the river, fishing, painting, journaling, working on projects (gotta love Pinterest!), cooking, or reading. My little old lady furbaby, Roxi, comes with me everywhere- including the office!
If you’ve ever heard of the Enneagram, I'm a type 9, also known as the "Peacemaker," "Mediator," or "Healer." Nines are characterized by our natural tendencies to be understanding, accepting, supportive, open minded, non-judgmental, and genuine.
I’m passionate about mental health because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to question your entire existence, and to want to give up. I’m grateful for the challenges I’ve overcome in my life because they’ve enabled me to truly empathize with my clients while knowing that things can get better...much better.
I have over 10 years of experience working with a variety of populations in the field of mental health. I've been working with First Responders since 2019 and this population has become one that I am most passionate about.
I’m excited to work with motivated, introspective individuals who want to feel better about themselves, life, and their relationships. Contact me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation or schedule your first appointment.
