Emerge Counseling & Art Therapy specializes in creating custom handcrafted keepsakes that are meaningful and unique. Using items which hold significance to you, Ashton Sullivan, Professional Artist and Art Therapist, will set your items in resin to transform them into lasting memories. Simply provide us with the items you would like incorporated, and we'll work closely with you to create a beautiful keepsake that you'll treasure for a lifetime. Our custom keepsakes are designed to evoke positive feelings and memories, and can serve as a tangible reminder of the important things in life.

Please complete the Order Form to get started.   We will work together to assess if my style is a match for your vision.  I want to make sure that I am able to create a piece of art that you love and treasure forever!

Commission Process:


Step 1: 

Submit the online order form below.  If you aren't sure what you want yet, don't worry!  This is just a rough idea for getting started.

Step 2:

I will reach out to chat with you about your vision and assess whether I am able to deliver the type of keepsake you are looking for based on my style, skill set, and experience.  We will work together to design the perfect keepsake to cherish for years to come.

Step 3: 

I will give you a final cost and estimate of the time it will take to complete based on the size, media, and complexity.   ​​​

Step 4: 

I will collect a 50% non-refundable deposit via your preferred payment method. The deposit covers supplies and labor to create your piece. 

Step 5:

You will mail the items to be incorporated into your keepsake to the address below:

Step 6:

Once your items are received, I get to work! I'll send you some updates along the way so that you'll be able to provide feedback, ask questions, and suggest minor changes. 

Step 7:

Once you are completely happy with your artwork, I will send an invoice via email for the remaining 50% + shipping costs. 


Step 8:

After the final invoice is paid, I will carefully package and ship your keepsake! You will receive tracking information once it is shipped.


We will correspond via phone or email to make sure any ideas and preferences you have can be delivered to your satisfaction.  I will send you pictures and updates along the way prior to shipping your completed artwork.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of your beach ornament, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact the owner/artist, Ashton Sullivan, who will guide you through the process. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging in order to process the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees. 

*Please make sure to package your items carefully* so that they arrive to us in tact.  If items are damaged when we receive them, we will discuss whether you still want to include the damaged items (such as a broken shell), they can be repaired, or you would like to send replacement items.
